1. Registration Fee
A one-time registration fee of ₹49 is applicable to register on the Rojgar Udaan platform. This fee covers platform access and initial service facilitation.
2. Services After Registration
After registration, applicable services are provided as described for each service. Where a service has been stated to be available without an additional service charge, no additional charge will be levied for that specific service beyond what has been previously communicated.
3. Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when using our platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents submitted through the platform. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application and may have legal consequences.
4. No Guarantee of Approval
Rojgar Udaan is a facilitation and assistance platform. We do not guarantee the approval, sanction, disbursement or any particular outcome of any loan, insurance, government scheme or other service where the final decision rests with a third-party lender, financial institution, government authority or service provider. Eligibility and approval are subject to the applicable criteria of the respective institution or authority.
5. Refunds
Any refund request will be handled strictly in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before making a payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rojgar Udaan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the platform or its services. This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos and materials on the Rojgar Udaan platform are the property of Rojgar Udaan or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
